The most common reasons for being unable to sign in are the use of incorrect passwords and usernames.
First, make sure you are using your correct username. This is NOT necessarily the same as your email address. (You can recover your username or reset your password from our login page.)
Note that:
- Some phones or browsers may automatically insert a username for you, so you may need to type over or ignore whatever was inserted automatically.
- Some phones may automatically "correct" your capitalization, so make sure it's not selecting a wrong character for your password.
Problems Logging In to Website
If you've reset your password and verified your username, and still cannot sign in to our website, the next step is to ensure that your internet browser is set to accept cookies from TouringPlans.com (What's a cookie?). A web search for "accept cookies chrome" (where the last word is whatever web browser you are using) should offer some instructions.
If that does not work, try using an "Incognito" or "Private" browser session and login at https://touringplans.com/login.
Problems Only Logging in to Lines App
If your username/password work on our website but not in our Lines app, please try the following:
- Change your password. To do this, visit your Dashboard at https://touringplans.com and click Edit next to Your Profile. Consider using only letters and numbers so that your password is easy to enter on your phone.
- Remove the Lines app from your phone. Totally power off your phone. Then turn on your phone and install the app again.
