Verify Your Username is Correct
First, make sure that you are using the correct username for your TouringPlans.com account. Some folks use an email address as the username, and others do not. Your browser or app may automatically suggest something that is wrong!
To verify your username, look at the "Your Profile" section on your dashboard after you are logged in. Alternatively, you can use the Recover Username link from our Login page.
Make Sure Your Password is New
If using your correct username and password does not help, please try changing your password to something that you have never before used on TouringPlans.com. (There may be an issue with re-using an old password, so try something fresh!)
