When we allowed more requests per customer back in 2016, the result was too many requests in our system, and that made it expensive and slow to operate the Reservation Finder.
That led us to limit each customer to search for only a couple of reservations at a time. That meets the needs of the majority of our customers, and it gives more people a good experience, even if fewer requests are found overall. We do not charge for this service, and we hope that helping folks find a couple of reservations at a time is a nice service for those visiting Walt Disney World.
