We aim to have the park hours in our system match what Disney and Universal publish on their respective web sites. For dates where hours are not yet on those websites, our software guesses at the park hours based on similar dates in the past.
If you called your hotel and had a worker there tell you information that contradicts what is on her employer's website, that worker may be correct. However, we are not going to adjust the park hours displayed on TouringPlans.com based on that conversation. We only update park hours if they change on the Disney or Universal website. Those are the data sources that we use.
When park hours change, Disney does not send us a memo. We need to notice those changes and then update our data, a process that may take 24-48 hours. If you notice that are hours have been out-of-sync with what is on Disney or Universal's website for a couple of days, please submit a request to let us know.
