We aim to have the park hours in our system match what Disney and Universal publish on their respective web sites and apps. For dates where hours are not yet on those websites, our software guesses at the park hours based on similar dates in the past.
If you called your hotel and had a worker there tell you information that is not on their employer's public website, or if some other website claims to have "official" hours, those sources may be correct. However, we are not going to adjust the park hours displayed on TouringPlans.com based on that information. We only update park hours if they change on the Disney or Universal websites and apps. Those are the data sources that we use.
When park hours change or are released, Disney does not send us a memo. We need to notice those changes and then update our data, a process that may take 24-48 hours. If you notice that are hours have been out-of-sync with what is on Disney or Universal's website/app for a couple of days, please submit a request to let us know.
Finally, note that even "official" hours are subject to change, so keep an eye on them as your travel dates approach.
