Show times are wrong in my plan!

In our Personalized Touring Plans and in the lists of showtimes that we display on our website and app, we use officially published times from Disney and Universal websites when that information is available.

When no such information is available, we use reasonable guesses based on past schedules.

Please note that:

1. Although we update our show time information regularly, we cannot update this information immediately when it becomes available. If our times are bit off for a date six months in the future, please give us a week or so to update that information. If there still is an issue, please submit a request and let us know.
   
   
2. The "reasonable guesses" that we make may not align with what you believe the show times will be. We understand the desire for precision in planning, but we've found that investing time in embracing apparent show time trends is futile since Disney or Universal may change them again. When published show times are available, we will update the times on our site. Until then, our guesses should be good enough for distant planning. (If that does not work for you, feel free to use a "break" as a placeholder for a particular show.)
