Many times our customers create an account associated with one email address and then forget that they had already created an account. Two or three years later, they come back to plan a trip and use another email address to create the account.
The accounts can be merged and all of your subscriptions and touring plans will be in one place. Click on "Submit a request" at the top of this page. We will need both email addresses in order to complete the merge. Please let us know which username and email address you prefer for the merged account.
