Are you visiting two resorts - Disney World and Universal Orlando?

If you are visiting both Disney World and Universal Orlando, you will need a trip in the system to cover the different trips.  Trips have to be set up for either Disney or Universal, they aren't currently capable of handling both properties at once. To select a day at a Universal Orlando park you would have to create a separate trip for those days and select Universal Orlando as the property to visit.

Be careful that you do not have overlapping dates for two trips.  For example, 7/4/2018 to 7/15/2018 listed for both your Disney World and Universal Orlando trips.
