Rooms suitable for guests with different physical challenges are available at all resorts. We have information about accessibility for specific rooms, but the completeness and accuracy of that data may vary--Disney renovates and changes rooms constantly, and we are not notified of changes.
If you would like to request an "accessible" room using our Room Finder, we suggest requesting a room that is in a location that you like and use the "Additional Special Requests" in our tool to ask to be placed in the nearest accessible room to the requested one.
To do that, once you pick your requested room, go back to your dashboard (the page that pops up when you navigate to TouringPlans.com while signed in) and click the button in the center that says "Configure Fax." Within that window you will see the "Additional Special Requests" area (you also need to input your name and reservation number here).
