Late Room Requests

If you select a room and configure a Room Request, we try to send your room request to Walt Disney World Resort Hotels starting 30 days prior to your check-in date.

If you add a room request fewer than 30 days prior to check-in, that's absolutely fine. Our tool will send your request the next morning. (The cutoff is around 7:30 AM Eastern Time the day before check-in; if you complete your request after that, it will not be sent.)

Note that our tool simply sends a request to Disney. Although plenty of customers have had success with our Room Request tool, there are no guarantees, and you should set your expectations accordingly.

We have no control over whether Disney acknowledges or grants room requests, so we do not know whether submitting a "late" request helps or hurts your chances of success compared to having the request sent at our "normal" time of 30 days in advance.
