MaxPass Rules

Occasionally the MaxPass rules mean that you can't get a Fastpass right away, which the Optimizer displays as a wait. The rules are:

- If you use MaxPass to obtain a Fastpass that starts LESS than 30 minutes from the current time, you can get another Fastpass in 30 minutes.

- If you use MaxPass to obtain a Fastpass that starts MORE than 30 minutes from the current time, you can get another Fastpass in 90 minutes or at the start of the Fastpass window, whichever comes first.
