If you no longer wish to use your TouringPlans.com account (which is used to access our website, our Lines apps, and our forum), you can simply stop using it. Our subscriptions do not automatically renew, so existence of the account does you no harm. Plus, if you decide to subscribe again the next time you plan a trip, you can use the same account.
We may occasionally (think a few times each year) send you an email inviting you to subscribe again, but you can ignore those messages or use an "unsubscribe" link in those messages to stop them.
If you want to change information in your account (username, email address, password, etc.), you are welcome to do that. Simply login to your account at touringplans.com, click the Dashboard button, click SHOW next to username, and finally click EDIT. Note that we do not store payment-related information like credit/debit card numbers or addresses.
We deal with theme park touring, so most information on our site is not the sort of secret data that folks are worried about protecting. However, if you'd like to delete your account, you can submit a request to us and ask us to do that. Please be sure to provide your TouringPlans.com username and/or the email address associated with your account.
Note that we create data-driven organization, and our analyses may make use of data from deleted accounts. Please see our Privacy Policy for details.
