Luckily, March 2019 we are not expecting it to be quite as busy as usual. With Easter being very late, the school spring break schedule is a little more spread out. That doesn't mean, however, that you'll want to go in without a plan. The easiest way to decide on parks is using our Crowd Calendar (https://touringplans.com/walt-disney-world/crowd-calendar). The biggest tip to help with your day is to get to the parks before they open which will allow you to get to the busiest attractions before they build large waits. Even with the Disability Access Service (DAS) card, your return times will be based on the current wait time so the lower the times the faster you can get on and the more times you can ride favorites.
For any nights that you are staying at a Disney hotel, you can use the morning or evening Extra Magic Hours (EMH) which is an advantage in the morning. That's where I would start when choosing your days; If you can use the morning EMH and think you'll be able to make it to the park at least 15 minutes before they start then choose the parks with morning EMH. If not, avoid those parks and try to get to the park at least 30 minutes before the regular opening time.
With the DAS card, you'll still be able to ride a lot whether you are there early or not, but you might be a little more limited if the wait times are long in the middle of the day.
