Does your Lines app display a blank white screen or automatically close shortly after you open it?
We released an update to our iOS and Android Lines app in late 2021. Unfortunately, we discovered that the "upgrade" process does not work cleanly on many devices, leaving the Lines WDW app in a state where the app crashes upon launch or login.
Fortunately, there is an easy fix:
- Remove the Lines WDW app from your phone.
- Install a fresh version of the Lines WDW app from Apple's App Store (iOS):

The app that gets installed should work properly.
